If you are returning for a refund or exchange, then you need the original packaging, diamond certificates, materials included in the packaging, and packaging slip. If there is any diamond certificate missing, we will charge $250 for each certificate. For insurance, you need to double-box for your shipment. A double box means that the packaging of items should be in double boxes. First, put your rings, diamonds, or any other items in the original box. If you have the original packaging, you can use it. Now, place the jewelry box inside the medium box, and then place the medium box inside the large box. This double packaging is necessary to make the insurance valid. In case you don’t have original packaging, use FedEx priority boxes. Enclose the jewelry box inside a small FedEx priority box. Seal the small box and put it in the medium FedEx priority box. You need to affix the label on the outside box. After affixing the label, drop it off to the nearest FedEx office. You must get a receipt to confirm the shipment.
