Are all your diamonds natural?
Yes, we only deal with natural diamonds. We never treat or enhance the diamonds. All loose diamonds are 100% real and come with certificates/reports from authentic laboratories.
Do you have lab-grown/lab-created diamonds?
We don't deal with lab-grown diamonds. Our inventory contains all real diamonds that are obtained from the ground.
How can I see diamonds on your website?
We have 360-degree videos with high resolution and 10-time magnification. So, you can have a close look at the diamond. The diamond will be exactly the one shown in the video, so you can rest assured that you are buying what you are seeing.
What if there is no picture or video of the diamond available on the website?
We have pictures and videos of all diamonds that are available for sale. We keep an eye on every product and keep its information updated. But if the video or picture is missing, you can inform us. Once you notify us with details of the diamond that you are watching, we will get back to you immediately with photos or videos.
Do you have more diamonds that you didn't list on your website?

Can I upgrade the purchased diamond?
We offer a lifetime upgrade service to our customers. We will upgrade by paying the original price of the diamond at the time of purchase, excluding the taxes and duties. However, the upgraded diamond must be 50% more than the price of your diamond.
What is the validation period of return?
You can claim a return within 30 days of your purchase. It must be in its original condition at the time of return. We reserve the right to deny the return if there is any problem with the piece, such as scratch or fracture.

Do Diamonds have any color?
Diamonds are meant to be colorless, but they may naturally have a yellowish color. So, there are color grading for diamonds from D-Z. D-F are the colorless diamonds, and the color starts to appear down the scale.
What is the diamond's clarity grade?
Diamond's clarity is identified by its grade. There are eleven grades of clarity: Flawless, Internally Flawless, VVS1, VVS2, VS1, VS2, SI1, SI2, I1, I2, and I3. Flawless and Internally Flawless grades represent no inclusions in the diamond, while VVS1-VVS2 diamonds have inclusions that are visible under a microscope. Other grades indicate visible inclusions.
Can I know my diamond's origin?
Every diamond has a history or story of multi-billion years. The country of origin of a diamond is confirmed after the deep analysis of its internal structure. GIA and other lab reports tell the diamond's country of origin and other valuable information, including gradings.
What is meant by Diamond's Cut?
Diamond's cut quality gives it the brilliance for which it is known. It is also an important 'C' of the 4Cs. The cut quality refers to the angles, dimensions, and percentages. The actual proportions of the diamond are mentioned in its report. It tells the cut quality of the piece.
