Vistley International Co. Ltd. (“Vistley”, “we”, “us”, “our”) delivers across Thailand and worldwide with exceptions to some countries. Please check with Vistley in advance to ensure your country is eligible for delivery. Vistley delivers directly through its preferred courier service mentioned below. Once you place the order on our Site, it will take 48 hours to process and dispatch for shipment. Please indicate your daytime address for delivery, as a request for a second delivery will require an additional fee. Any incorrect address details will often result in the parcel being returned to the sender, in which case you will be charged for re-delivery. Vistley will not be responsible for any misplaced or unclaimed parcels by the courier company. All orders are subject to availability. Delivery time may vary depending upon the destination, order size and courier service selected. Vistley is not responsible for any delay or mishandling at the end of the courier service.

You will receive an update with tracking details upon completed dispatch. Kindly feel free to reach your local postal service to track the shipment with the respective logistics later, or write to us to check the approximate delivery interval anytime. Your orders are handled every day of the week, excluding Sunday. Should an item be temporarily unavailable, you will be informed. In such circumstance, we kindly ask for up to three weeks to complete the order. In the case of a purchase intended as a gift, and the recipient is a third party, all the responsibility concerning the fulfillment of the sale liabilities passes to the grantee.
International deliveries outside the Thailand may be subject to applicable taxes, VAT’s and duties which are to be paid by the Customer. You are required to check with your local tax official to see what import duties and/or VAT you are required to pay in your place of residence.
Our team is always open to discuss each particular case with you and in special circumstances may provide you a 100% refund at sole discretion after examining your return/refund case.
Please use a track able return method and return any product via Fed-Ex. Once we receive your package, exchange return will be processed in 3 business days. We will do our best to exchange items depending on stock availability. Please notify us within 15 days of receipt of goods if you would like to return your order. Send an email to support@vistley.com. Include your order number in this email and notify us which goods you would like to exchange. Please note you will be required to pay the Shipping/delivery fee when returning the products for exchange. We recommend that all returns and exchanges be sent using a traceable carrier. Vistley will not be held responsible for packages not received by us that were returned without a tracking number. Products will not be eligible for exchange if we consider them used or if they are without tags attached or find them to be used.
